PADI IDC Indonesia - Andy

Andy has been moving around Indonesia since completing his Divemaster and Instructor internship. Currently Andy is the diving manager for one of Bali's biggest marine operators. Good work.

PADI IDC Australia - Joel

Joel joined us for the PADI Instructor course in 2008 and is now successfully running his own dive operation in Perth, Australia. Be sure to say hit to Joel as the diving in Perth is very good.

PADI IDC Africa - Ed

Ed has been such a successful PADI Instructor since completing his IDC with Blue Season Bali that he won the 2009 PADI Go Pro Challenge for completing the most PADI courses in one year. Congratulations Ed!

PADI IDC Fiji - Cheryl

One of our luckiest internships - Photo Journalist Cheryl is now employed in Fiji along with Justin, another of our internship candidates, who seem to be enjoying themselves a little too much.

PADI IDC Maldives - Stefan

Stefan was one of our very first Instructor candidates and is now well on his way to being a PADI Master Instructor. Stefan is enjoying the beautiful beaches and oceans in the Maldives.

PADI IDC Bali - Peter

Anyone who has been to our North Bali Resort will know, and possibly like, Peter. Not many people get to become Dive Resort Managers as their first job!

PADI IDC Malayisa - Shonny

Shonny is now a very active member of the dive community in Malysia. The diving in Malaysia is very good and anyone visiting that region would do well to have Shonny show you around.

PADI IDC Carins - Mark

Mark is one of our most memorable PADI Instructor candidates. Whether it was his hat, or his pool playing, we are not sure. Regardless, he is enjoying the Great barrier Reef in Cairns, Australia.

PADI IDC China - Mark

Mark is another of our divemaster internship candidates who is operating his own business in China with his partner Wei Wei. Mark and Wei Wei will be joining us for the IDC in January 2009.

Blue Season Bali has put together an Instructor Diving Internship program that incorporates a wide range of beneficial courses and experiences, all under one roof.

With all our Instructor internship candidates, we give them ample time to learn how to become diving professionals. It is not just about teaching a PADI Open Water Course! It is also about how to promote continuing education courses, how to organize logistics, how to make the course flow effectively, how to promote equipment, how to keep good paperwork and there are also a lot of other things involved. At the end of the day, the dive operation requires an Instructor who can fulfill all these roles, and more.
